In short, we are here for you, the computer owner. We have intentionally made our costs as low as possible so that we can offer tech service that is affordable to more people than just people who win the lottery. The largest and most noticable part of that is we do not have a traditional brick and mortar establishment. Renting or buying a storefront simply costs too much for someone trying to offer high quality service at low cost. Let's be completely honest though ... we are gentlegeeks and we gentlegeeks really love the idea of operating a business completely "in the cloud" so that's what we have done. Scheduling, billing, and payment processing are all done completely online. That makes for really low overhead and super-fast dealings with our customers ... that makes for a great experience for everyone involved!
